  • Our Gentle Yoga classes are a perfect place to start your yoga journey or get back to the basics of your yoga practice. You are sure to leave refreshed and relaxed after this wonderful class!

    Held Tuesdays & Thursdays at 9:30 AM

  • In this all-levels yoga class, all yogis are invited to experience the joy of a flowing and dynamic practice. You’ll leave with more vitality and a deeper body-mind connection.

    Held Tuesdays at 6:30 PM

  • Want a full-body release? Yin/Yang has got you covered! Enjoy a gentle flow followed by long holds of deep stretches to release all of your tension, especially in the hips!

    Held Wednesdays at 6:30 PM

  • Restorative Yoga is designed to help students disconnect and experience true rest and relaxation. The use of props and breath techniques helps to guide students into ultimate rest.

    Held Thursdays at 6:30 PM

  • Chair Yoga is one of the safest and most effective forms of therapeutic yoga. Our chair classes put an emphasis on balance, upper body strength and confidence. Chair Yoga is sure to leave you feeling renewed and calm!

    Held Mondays at 10 AM + Fridays at 11 AM

  • Yoga Sculpt is a class like no other! Formerly called "Yogalates", this class is a mix of everything you love about power yoga, pilates, functional strength training, HIIT, and more!

    In this class, students will try unique poses and movements to increase full-body strength + mobility, and also assist in creating more flexibility and balance. Get ready to sweat, laugh, and try poses you never knew you needed in a relaxed and supportive environment!

  • Yin Yoga is a slower-paced, meditative class designed to go deeper into the body and mind than in a traditional class. In Yin, students hold deep stretches for 2-4 minutes per pose to target the deep layers of connective tissue beyond the muscles. Expect a good night's sleep after this class!

    Held Mondays at 6:30 PM + Fridays Bi-Weekly at 7 PM

  • Come to sweat, flow, and be challenged in Warm Power Flow!

    In a heated room of 26-29°C, students will be guided through a flowing sequence with powerful, fun poses to strengthen and sculpt every part of the body.

    This is an intermediate-to-advanced level class with leg/arm balances, inversions, deep backbends, core strengthening poses, and so much more.

    Held Saturdays at 9 AM

  • Start your day off right with our early morning vinyasa flow! This intermediate/advanced level class is a great way to kick-start your day and leave you feeling refreshed and ready for anything!

    A true vinyasa flow, this class is a quicker pace with one to two breaths per movement to create free-flowing prana (energy) throughout the entire being. Get ready for sun salutations, forward/backbends, core strengthening, inversions, and a relaxing savasana to allow all that prana to sink in!
