Get ready for our Dry-Tri!

We’re so excited to announce the Align Dry-Tri, a mini-duathlon hosted by Align Yoga and Wellness.

Previously a “Try-a-Tri,” the event now excludes swimming.

Our new “Dry-Tri” includes a 2.5k run, a 10k bike, and a 2.5k run around South Burlington on Sunday, August 18th.

This event is for all Align students + their loved ones who want to try a duathlon in a relaxed, chill environment with their fellow yogis. All are welcome to join the Dry-Tri, regardless of experience level with biking or running.

This is meant to be a fun, community-oriented event with a portion of our merch proceeds going to Children’s Aid Foundation of Halton to support the needs of the children of Halton as they head back to school.


TRAINING SESSIONS

Never done a duathlon before? Not to worry!

We’ve planned regular training sessions for running + biking with the Align team to get you comfortable with each sport before race day! These training sessions are FREE for all ALIGN + THRIVE membership holders and only $5 for non-members. Scroll down for more training info!
