Yoga Therapy

Yoga Therapy goes far beyond what can be achieved in a traditional yoga class. In private one-on-one sessions, your C-IAYT, Jordan, will help guide you along the path toward more alignment and balance, inside and out!

What is Yoga Therapy?

Yoga Therapy is the process of empowering individuals to progress toward improved health and well-being through the application of the teachings and practices of Yoga. Yoga Therapy isn't just for the physical body - the practices treat the whole individual, mind, body, and spirit.

Private Yoga Therapy sessions start with an intake process and consultation. Upon assessment by our C-IAYT, Jordan, an in-depth treatment plan with be made to address the client's concerns. Bi-weekly appointments and at-home practices help this method of treatment be most effective. We will work together with your healthcare professionals to create a holistic and appropriate treatment plan.

Yoga Therapy practices are, most importantly, meant to meet the client where they are and empower the client throughout the therapeutic treatment process. The Yoga Therapy space is non-judgmental and safe - as Yoga Therapists, we practice ahimsa, the art of non-harming.

Yoga Therapy is for all - whether you do yoga or not, you can benefit from this method of healing!
